Main email account not failing or filtering

    On one of my domains (blacklighting.com) I have the main email account (bling) which is not failing all messages to come to it.

    The default email is set to :fail:
    There is a forwarder for bling set to :fail:

    If mail is sent to bling@blacklighting.com then it does fail. But a lot of mail that goes into the main account does not fail and does not get filtered.

    Any ideas on it? Why would it have gotten through? (Sample at bottom)

    Also it should have been discarded by the filter but that didn't happen either. I have a filter line that tests for spam and tests for bling that should have caught it.

    $h_X-Spam-Status: begins "Yes"+++++++/dev/null
    $header_Envelope-To: contains "bling"+++++++/dev/null

    When I copy and paste the raw message below into the CPanel Filter Test it reports that it should have been directed to /dev/null and not delivered.

    The Filter has matched the following condition:
    $h_X-Spam-Status: begins Yes
    Return-path taken from "Return-path:" header line
    Return-path = <>
    Sender = bling@host32.root-name-server.net
    Recipient = bling@host32.root-name-server.net
    Testing Exim filter file "/etc/vfilters/blacklighting.com"
    Save message to: /dev/null 0660
    Filtering set up at least one significant delivery or other action.
    No other deliveries will occur.

    Thus it should be failing and never delivered to the main account but it is being delivered to the main account.

    Interesting things to note: it is from the Mailer-Daemon on the same host (host32) as I am on. The To path is bling@host32.root-name-server.net rather than bling@blacklighting.com.
