    Hello :)

Is this IP address configured as the main shared IP address of the server in "WHM Home » Server Configuration » Basic cPanel & WHM Setup"? If not, you can assign it as a dedicated IP address to an account via:

"WHM Home » Account Functions » Change Site’s IP Address"

    Thank you.

Try rebuilding the Apache configuration file via:

    Code:
    /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
    Thank you.
