major php problems

    having major php problems, this is from the apache error log, please can someone help out....

    Hello,

    I would just grab the latest buildapache.sea from http://layer1.cpanel.net/ and reinstall Apache and PHP. That should fix it.

    it won't fix it... 3 servers now i'm getting these errors on new installs of cpanel and tried updating with apache and still no go... php errors and doesn't parse

    is cpanel gonna have a fix for this or what?

    I have no idea and I don't understand why so many of our posts have no replies to them.
