Major problems with 5.2 R16

Customers have reported major probelms with build 16 of cpanel

1. Login to Neomail does not work.. Error is
&Couldn't open /var/cpanel/neomail/neomail.log!&

2. FTP passwords stopped working.

I've sent an e-mail to [email protected] regarding the neomail issue.

Any help with these two matters would be greatly appreciated.

Update:

I've narrowed this problem down to the update timing out when it gets to the &rsyncing cpanel binaries& part.

This seems to only be affecting our server.
