How do I setup so that a certain domains can set up using reseller's WHM? let's say is banned from our server, but reseller set it up again, it is time consuming to watch those new accounts created. Can I set something up just make this domain unable to create?

    Thanks. :) Support Ticket Number:

If you know cgi you could always edit the /scripts/wwwacct file to make it watch for certain domains and terminate the process if it is a domain not wanted. To modify that file, you would either have to lock it or monitor it for changes. Some, but not all, cpanel upgrades modify it, but a lot of times it just puts back the original. I don't like locking because some changes are needed. That's why I made a monitor script.
