Making cPanel skins

Hi,

I was wondering how I could go about making my own skin for cPanel 7. I am a reseller with CreateSpace, and associated with them very closely, and we have decided to make a CS cPanel skin just for CS clients, but do I need root access to the servers to upload the files?

Please someone give me proper guidance and make us all very happy

Just decide what you want to call your skin and ask your host to create a directory in your home directory by that name, then symlink it to the cpanel skins directory.
