Normally when exim/sendmail is called from a perl script in Apache it will send as nobody. Is there a way to change it so that it sends as some other name without having to do any major overhaul?. Something maybe in the line that calls sendmail or something in sendmail.cf itself?.
People are using so many perl scripts and we would like to stop them unless we can check them first so if we filter sendmail/exim and reject "[email protected]" it will stop anything from going out.
Anyone know a tweak to have it send as someone other than nobody for that specific perl program calling exim/sendmail
