    Hi guys,
My client wants the website to be visible so that he can track my work progress
as i'm working remotely. He doesn't want it to be visible by the general public though.

I know if I put the files in the Public_html it will be visible for the public.
Is there a way to do this, so that each time i implement a new feature, i can send him a link so that only
he or the ppl with that particular link can see the website?

    Thanks in advance,
    Mike

Password protecting the site is the easiest way to go I think. If the site must remain open to the public, duplicate the site in a directory and password protect it.

Indeed, password protecting it is the best solution. Another one is to allow access to the site only for some IPs via .htaccess.
