Hi,

LOG: MAIN
== luis.pereira@exampletoo.com R=dkim_lookuphost T=dkim_remote_smtp defer (-19) H=webmail.example.com [62.28.x.xxx]: Malformed SMTP reply in response to EHLO vs02.domain.com: 250-SONICARLANT01.someexample.PT HELLO VS02.domain.COM ([192.168.xxx.xx]), PLEASED TO MEET YOU\n250-XXXA\n250-SIZE 21504000\n250B

Hello,

Is this issue isolated to that specific remote mail server? If so, you may want to contact the administrator of that server to determine why they are rejecting SMTP connections from your server. Also, try sending a test message from another email server such as Google or Microsoft to verify if the issue is isolated to your server.

Thank you.
