We are in the process of testing our new messaging system designed to keep you updated on security threats. We have detected some malicious files on server xxx.yyy.zzz.27 (abcedfg.com) on the account "hiddenx".

Question 1
I have suspended the CPANEL account hiddenx. Is it consider safe and secure now?

Question 2
I went to Plugins / ImunifyAV. When I select the username and click on CLEAN UP FILES, the next page shows an error

404: page missing

Suspending the cPanel account some way help to prevent it from being online, however, it is best to restore the account from a safe backup or clean the malwares from the sites for better protection. Regarding the 404 page, are you using the free ImunifyAV on your server? If the server is having ImunifyAV, it don't have the feature to clean the malwares thus causing that 404 page. You should either upgrade to ImunifyAV+ or Imunify360 to get this functionality there.
