Hello! The process for cleaning malware will vary based on what level of compromise you're dealing with. For example, it's possible to clean a website or cPanel account compromise, but we don't recommend trying to clean up a root-level compromise. Instead, we recommend migrating to a different server if you're dealing with a root compromise. cPanel offers some free solutions for malware scanning, such as ClamAV and ImunifyAV, but those options would require that you remove the malware manually after it's detected. We also have paid options such as Imunify360 that can both detect and cleanup malware.
