Manage Mail Queue

    We recently got an email address that said: "about to exceed bandwidth limit" and there was another similar message about quota space running low.

    We checked the email queue and there were many emails with strange email addresses.

    The question I have is does the queue handle both incoming and outgoing mail?

    If the web site is experiencing a spam attack, could that be causing the queue to be filling up?

    I thought perhaps the user was not deleting their mail from their POP mailbox there by making it difficult for the queue to move the email to their mail box. Is that how it works?
