Hello :

what is exact new feature benfit ? Manage MySQL® Profiles ?
can I have 2 or more mysql for 1 cpanel server ? if yes when new db create which server handle it ?

This feature is documented at:

Here is a quote from this document:

• We strongly recommend that each remote MySQL server correspond to a single cPanel & WHM server. While it is possible to use a single remote MySQL server for multiple cPanel & WHM servers, we do not recommend this configuration.

You can have multiple profiles, but only one is configured as the active profile. A feature request for what you are seeking is found at:
