I submitted a new nameserver & ip to the registar.

If the nameserver shows up under 'Manage Nameserver IPs', does this mean that the nameserver has already propagated?

Generally only means that the name servers have been created for your account.

I think I have a problem with the nameserver on my server. Is there any way that you can tell when the nameserver has propagated?
