Manage OpenPGP Keys, does not work?

I go to cPanel --> Manage OpenPGP Keys ---> Add Key

Then I fill out the form, and I get a popout that says "Key Generatioin Complete" but where is it?

The new key does not appear anywhere in cPanel, nor is is sent via email.

What am I missing here?
