Manage Wheel Group - broken?

    WHM 10.8.0
    Cpanel 10.9.0-R10737
    CentOS 4.5 i686

    The only user I have in the "wheel" group using this WHM function is "root", yet I can su to root with any user at the moment for some reason.

    I checked /etc/group also and root is the only user under wheel.

    Is there an option that needs to be activated to tell the terminal only to allow those in the wheel group to use su?

    Also, if I disable root login through SSH, I can still login as root in WHM, correct? What can I do to make login via WHM more secure? Is limit by IP really the only thing?
