To remove a user, click on their name under the "Remove a user from the wheel group."

The only users you need in their are the ones that need root access. On my servers, in the wheel group, I have root and siteres (my account) I don't think you need the rest of them.. You said that the domain user names were in the wheel groups as well?

I ment to remove a user on list on top of the wheel group users.
It shows a list of all users, how to remove a user out of the system in whm and not accessing the server using 'userdel' command or is it not possible?

Look at the bottom of the page (third section) under "Remove a user from the wheel group"
Click the name of the ones you want removed.

Be careful in there, there is a huge list of users you can ADD to the wheel group and who you can remove. The first time I looked at it I thought all of them where in the wheel group. Be sure they are actually in wheel first. I kind of doubt all of those are.
