Manually adding reseller privileges via CLI

Hey,

I want to add the "System Health" menu for one of the resellers on my server; however there is no option to do this through WHM using the reseller functions without giving them complete root.

Is there a file on the server I can manually edit to provide them with this level of access without root.

Here are the options I would like to provide them:

System Health

* Background Process Killer
* Show Current CPU Usage
* Show Current Disk Usage
* Show Current Running Processes
