Manually Editing Exim Config

Greetings!

I am trying to configure Exim to reject incoming emails based on the content of the subject line. I'm pretty sure I've figured out the syntax for doing so, but I'm not sure of where I should put my manual filters.

Forgive me if this has already been answered, but my searching didn't turn up what I was looking for.
