Manually Install Angular and Ruby on Rails

Hello everyone,

Usually, I try to solve my problems reading on the internet but I can't find information about this. I have a RoR application (its an API) for the backend, and an AngularJS application for the frontend, I like to install it manually on a CentOS 6.7 machine but I find practically imposible. Can someone help me to do this?
If you need extra information tell me that's very important.
PS: And it's mandatory put over HTTPS.

UPDATE: I installed successfully my frontend, but I need to install the backend.
