Many MYSQL instance

    Hi,

    Did anyone experiencing the same issue like my server.

    Suddenly my server have several instance in MYSQL and sometimes more than 5 on top status. Other server i have check only got 1 instance.

    This also cause server to have sudden high load.

    Can you run an lsof on each PID number to see the results?

    Code:
    lsof -p PID#
    Where PID# is the process number such as 4652 for the one of the MySQL processes.

    My thought is that you might have multiple MySQL instances running on different ports.
