Good afternoon, I have a client that receives a lot of spam, probably fell on a mailing list.

I put in the SPAM settings in Cpanel a score of 1 to block SPAM. It turns out that many reliable emails go to the SPAM box.

I did not find any alternative that the user could mark as NOT SPAM a message in Webmail. Is there such an option? How to proceed? If I increase the score we will again receive rain of spam.

Can you give me an idea? Thank you.

The user can change their AutoDelete settings but that's all they're able to do from the UI with the default configuration. There are a couple of things the administrator of the cPanel account can do:

1. The administrator could whitelist accounts that the user deems as not spam.

2. The administrator could check the headers for the specific items on that email that are causing it to be flagged as spam to determine if certain weights can be lowered.

3. Autolearn could be set up which would allow all users on the account to place the email in a specific folder to be learned as *not* spam but this would involve some further configuration. There are a few resources that cover this including threads and other 3rd party sources:
