Hi all,

I was wondering if there's a way to terminate all accounts permanently?

Today one of our reseller cancel his account and I must delete/terminate all accounts under his WHM one by one :(

The best way (and also more legal solution I think) is to ask from your reseller to terminate all the accounts under him. When he'll do it then proceed with the termination of his account. Make it clear to him that if he doesn't terminate all his accounts you can't go on with his account's termination.

that works in theory Mike

but sometimes you just need to mass delete even if its not a reseller.

the function would be definitely useful.

On another note, the other day i deleted a resellers account selecting terminate account, but under RESELLER his account still remained. What up with that? So one has to delete his reseller account first then delete the main account? Makes no sense to me. When you terminate any account it should look for all the parent to child relationships and get rid of them all in one go. Crazy!
