Mass TTL Change

I'd like to see a tool to change all TTLs in all dns zones to 300 so we can prep for server moves. If we do that a day ahead, then the networks will check our zones very often and propogation times will go very fast. Most of us do it now, but we have to set them manually. It's a bummer.
