I've just reduced the timeout values in my cPanel zone templates to some slightly more sane values (REFRESH 2 hours, RETRY 30 minutes, EXPIRE 2 weeks, MINIMUM 1 hour). Problem is, all my zonefiles have the old, insane times in them (REFRESH 4 days!).

Does anyone know of a script or application -- Python, Perl or otherwise -- that can change the SOA times and zone TTLs for the entire zonefile tree in one shot?

Obviously I intend to keep backups.. but I don't like the idea of manually updating 80 zone files.
