When my tech support "fixed" my account to let me add new accounts (domains) after WHM told me I didn't have enough disk space (when I clearly did--see other thread,) the "fix" apparently somehow shut either both of the two packages I had set up (one 10MB and the other 25MB) down or shut every account down to 1MB of bandwidth, which, of course crashed most of my accounts immediately, because they were already over that amount.

Tech support says they still don't know how that happened.

I'm (not just) beginning to think they have no idea what they are doing and I should change my provider (despite what a phenomenal pain that will be.)

    Any ideas?

It isn't the same topic. One is a question about the disk space problem and one is a question about the bandwidth problem that seemed to be caused by whatever "fixed" the disk space problem (or, at least happened immediately after that.) I thought it was helpful to separate them out.
