Are there any plans to add a feature to allow the WHM admin to go directly to the cpanel user logins of individual sites for admin purposes - using a common secure user/passwd pair (overrides the default user/passwd for a site cpanel user)
Would be useful as often asked to check/correct a function in users account and some users don't have a clue what cpanel user/passwd was set to.
To reset the passwd for a sites cpanel admin can then cause mail problems from default account etc.
Lot of other servers panels will let the server-admin bypass siteadmins
Thoughts ?
