is there a way to create more accounts that are allowed login access to ALL cpanels?

Currently I can go to any of my customers cpanels and enter their username and my root password to gain access. I want to be able to create an account named 'sean' with some password and allow him to go to any cpanel with his u/p and be allowed to login. Is this possible?

You can do this with resellers. But they have to own the account. So root and sean wouldn't be able to see eachothers accounts. Well obviously root can see all. But sean, dick, moe, harry, sally all will only be able to view accounts owned by them.

So if sean had an account he hosted for his friend and it was named alice. He could login with alice / his pass . But dick, moe, harry, sally won't be able to. They have no privliges to that account.
