I am trying to decide on how I want to setup our server accounts and I am hoping someone out there can give me some insight. I see no reason for me to setup retail hosting accounts directly under the Master Server WHM. Does anyone use the master WHM to setup hosting accounts and if so what is the benefit.
They way that I am currently doing it is... I created an account for thunderhosting.com and gave it reseller privileges and that is where I am selling all of my accounts from (Even the resellers accounts) . So I am really only using the master WHM to manage the server and to upgrade accounts to reseller status. Does anyone do it different and if so how and what are the benefits?
