First of all, thank you so much for reading this.
OK, so, I'm new in here, I'm trying to be short, I don't want to bother you guys. I have a small webhosting company from years now and I moved from standard space to another servers wich gives me the possibility to give my shared cPanel clients new unlimited web spaces for their packages.
In short, I have three packages now: one with no addon domains, one with 5 addon domains and the last one with unlimited domain. All three have unlimited space with term&cond, of course.
My problem is: I set 0 in WHM in - max addon domains - field but all of my clients who have the first package can create new domain from cPanel. A few also have 2-3 websites and the sites are up, but I will tell them to upgrade to second package.
Can you tell me please how to create one package with just one domain restriction, how to create another one with 5 domain restrict? I have created for the second one package with 4 - in WHM at - max addon domain - because the main domain is nr. 5. It's good like this? Thanks a lot! Greetings from Romania! :)

I don't want to bother you guys.
We wouldn't have the Forums if we didn't want to be bothered - feel free to reach out any time!

So you're saying that even though you have the max_addon value set to 0, the users can still create addon domains? If that is the case, can you let me know which version of cPanel you are using so I can test this?

Hello! Thank you for your patience and amability.
Well, in cPanel footer it appers version 104.0.7
Also, I must say that my hosting recently upgraded cPanel and WHM - in the previous versions I did not have this error.
Thanks in advance again!

Thanks for that - to test this, I created an account with the default settings, which is 0 parked domains and 0 addon domains. I am using cPanel 106.

I then logged into cPanel and went to Domains, and once I start typing a domain name I get this popup:

"You have reached the maximum number of domains for this account. Please contact your hosting provider for more information, or create a subdomain on an existing domain on this account."

I did the same test on version 104, and I also got the same notification. At this point, I'm not able to reproduce that behavior. Here is what that looks like for me in the interface:

Hi again!
So, I managed to set 0 both to parked and addon domains and now it works, it gives me the error, all good now.
The difference is that I had unlimited to parked domains section and I think that this made the difference.
I wanted to have the possibility the clients create domains for redirection for the main domain not domains for creating websites.
Ehh, it's OKay even so.
Thanks a lot! If I will have further questions, I will reply in the future here.
Have a superb weekeeend! :)
