    You can do this through cPanel -> Email Authentication, or run:

    Code:
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/dkim_keys_install $user

    This will generate a 1024-bit key. Taken from /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/DKIM.pm:

    Code:
        my $openssl    = Cpanel::OpenSSL->new();

        my $keysize_min = 1024;

        #Using >1,024-bit encryption necessitates non-trivial changes to DNS
        #because TXT character-strings longer than 255 characters may trick up
        #some DNS parsers.
        #
        #For the time being, DKIM will still generate 1,024-bit keys.
        local $Cpanel::OpenSSL::DEFAULT_KEY_SIZE = $keysize_min;
