Max Emails

    Had someone on my vps tell me today their sent emails were getting kicked back showing error that they hit the max emails that could be sent per hour which I found was set at 30

    They have sent out emails to employees of their organization multiple times (40+) without ever receiving this error until today.

    I went in to server config - tweak settings and changed the max emails per hour to 100

    They tried to send out a test email and it got kicked back as still being at the max per hour (30) Does it usually take a little time for the server to recognize the new settings I have applied?

    It's possible there are failed messages if the account has bounced incoming SPAM. You may need to increase the limit further for the individual account if it continues to be an issue.
