hi, i'm new to this web hosting stuff, i got projects to upload, but i have this uploading problem. i can't upload a single thing, i noticed that my max size to upload is -252 kb. from 10.00 MB quota should still have about 5.25 MB. anyone can help? THANK YOU!

Do you have root access to this system? If not, please report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look and determine why your account is at it's disk space limit. It's possible that 10MB is not sufficient enough space for this account, depending on what your provider has configured for the "File upload required free space" option under the "System" tab in "WHM >> Tweak Settings".
