Max hourly emails per domain not working

hi

on my server i have configured option

Max hourly emails per domain [?] - limit set to 20

but server sent 67 email per hour from domain

see attachment for example from my serv

Have you checked the mail queue on your server to see if the additional emails were queued before being sent out the following hour?

in the queue i was over 20 emails

I think it's a virus and thunderbeard email password was hacked
and system automaticly email sent per minute

any sugestions why cpanel/whm Max hourly emails per domain not working ?

Emails will queue and retry delivery if they fail to send the first time due to the maximum hourly email limit.
