Max hourly emails per domain

    I had it set to Unlimited and also to 100 but in either case it allows me to send only ONE email per hour.
    How can I change the ONE per hour to Unlimited?

    I am changing the limit in the Tweak Settings. Where can I check the specific account settings? perhaps the problem is there.
