My techs, and guys from DC told me that I cannot have more than 2 SMTP ports,
which, one of them must be 25, and other can be any empty port (26, 587 etc.)
Is this a limitation of:
1. Linux?
2. Centos?
3. Apache?
4. cPanel/WHM ?
5. All or few of the above?

Thanks.

Go on, have a guess
Why would you want more?

The restriction is only there insofar as that's all that can be done through WHM. But you could run up additional ones if you wanted to. You'd have to have a hack of /etc/init.d/exim

I am using 25 and 26 now, sometimes some customers asking for using 587. Most probably because of their ISP or local networks.

So it actually can be done on a cPanel/WHM machine, without any problem? (presuming everyhing done right)
