    Go on, have a guess
You're only going to do it really with:

WHM > Tweak Settings > Attempt to prevent pop3 connection floods
WHM > Tweak Settings > The number of times users are allowed to check their mail using pop3 per hour > set it to, say, 60, as that should be plenty.

Would anyone know for sure if this applies to the whole domain or is it on a per user basis? I had a problem with a customer who has over 80 accounts in his office. When I upped this value his connection problems stopped. SO I am wondering how the number gets calculated.

    Thanks,

    Gio

My guess would be that it limits POP connections per remote IP.
