    maximum database users error

Can anyone tell me if the below error can be handled via cpanel or is it something the hosting company needs to get involved in.

    Code:
Warning: mysql_connect(): User ngtgolf_ngtgolf has already more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home/ngtgolf/public_html/connections/database.php on line 6
    Unable to connect!

As far as I can see you need root privilges to do something regarding the same assuming there are no restrictions in your code.
