    Hi!

I'm experiencing a problem with BACKUP to GDRIVE.
My Account File is over 160GB, and it timesout with the value of 50,000 I have set as Maximum Destination Backup Timeout Setting.

My SYSTEM file of 6GB is uploading correctly to GDRIVE. It takes about 33 minutes to upload. A quick calculation tells me that a TIMEOUT VALUE of roughly 53,000 would be needed to achieve the 160GB backup transport.

Is there a way to user a higher number than 50,000 as the Maximum Destination Backup Timeout Setting? Currently the system tells me the maximum value is 50k and I cannot increase it.

    Thank you for your time,

    Hi @MartinP

Unfortunately, that is the maximum the system allows for backups to complete, though this has nothing to do with the transport time. The amount of time to transport backups can be found in the Additional Destinations tab

    Timeout
The number of seconds that the system will wait for a response from the remote server.

    Thank you for the answer.
Would there be a way for BACKUP to split large files into multiple smaller files? This would solve issues like this one...

PS. When clicking on Additional Destination Tab, I do not see a Transport Time field. In the Additional Destinations Tab, I see my Google Drive entry. When I try to edit that entry, the only field that offers something related to time is Timeout Field, but it says this:

    Timeout
The number of seconds that the system will wait for a response from the remote server.

I doubt this has anything to do with transport time...
