I am sorry for any confusion, however, this statement from the documentation is referring to the current path at which you are in or the script is being run from. For example, if you used MultiPHP Manager and set the Php version for the domain to use Php7.0, then the commands and scripts run from that directory will use that Php version.

I do plan to contact our team to see if this sentence in the documentation could be adjusted; however, the "configured" path is referring to the current working directory or the PHP version set in the .htaccess file of that directory.
