That's my memory usage. What can I do to reduce the memory useage? It's normally near 85%, but I run a football forum on the server and it's gameday. What can I do to reduce the amount of memory being used so it doesn't hit 100%?

I ran the free -m command and it shows 430 used, 80 free. What can I do to lower the used number? I've disabled the email spam options.

    Hello,

free -m command will show the memory and swap memory of the server. You can clear the server memory using below commands.
    echo 1 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
    echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
you can use any of the above commands but once it is done server load will go little bit high.

When you run free -m, how much -/+ buffers/cache shows your usage?
