SOLVED Message could not delivered unknown forwarder?

Hello, i got a very strange issue, a company user is trying to send an email to another company user but he gets an error delivery message from unknown email address. the recipient address is [email protected] but it gets the below message.

I have already checked forwarders but there is none.

i just found it, there was a forwarding filter
