Message Filter

I'd like to know if it's possible to have a mail filter that if the subject does contain a specific string of text then forward the message to another email address. If subject does NOT contain that string of text, then reply with an autoresponder.

If it is possible, can you point me in the right direction?

EDIT: DUH. I know how to do that part (I forgot to specify the second portion of my request). I want to have the filter act based on TWO things.

i.e. if subject contains [DIG] AND is addressed to a specific address then forward it. If subject does NOT contain [DIG] and is addressed to that same specific address then use an auto-responder.
