We have one website on the server that cannot send emails to any address after being transferred from another cpanel server where it was working. No email account on the site can send email. The error message that shows is:

Message not sent. Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable Server replied: 550 Verification failed for <test@example.com> The mail server could not deliver mail to test@example.com. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries. Sender verify failed - The sender is not sending to example.com which is the sender address, the email is being sent to a gmail.com address. We can't send to any address.

It is not configured differently than any other site on the server. We ar running CENTOS 7.2 x86_64 standard – WHM 54.0 (build 8)

Where can I look to troubleshoot this?

    Thanks,
    TR

    Hello :)

Could you verify if the domain name exists in the /etc/localdomains file and not the /etc/remotedomains file? If it's in /etc/remotedomains, then you can change the "Mail Routing" settings via "WHM >> DNS Functions >> Edit DNS Zone" to "Local Mail Exchanger" to see if the issue persists.

    Thank you.
