Message rejected by Google Groups

I keep getting this error anytime I mail to ANY recipient at google (Gmail) that use their own custom domains instead of gmail. I've had this happen to so many companies I tried to email to at their domains, who all apparently use Google groups/apps or whatever causing this problem.

Technical details of permanent failure:
Message rejected by Google Groups. Please visit http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=188131 to review our Bulk Email Senders Guidelines.

The issue is not my domain or my IP reputation as it is 100% clear on over 200+ RBLs (mx toolbox and MultiRBL.valli.org - Blacklist, Whitelist and FCrDNS check tool and senderbase is fine).

What to do? It's impossible to email companies the normal way because Google, sucks.

The two big ones are to:
1. Make sure the sending domain has SPF and DKIM setup.
2. Make sure the sending server has reverse DNS configure correctly.

Yep, those are all already set correctly and confirmed. Have been too.

Already did, they never responded. Horrible company, lousy mail configuration.

Have you tried moving the outgoing smtp IP address to see if it is the sending IP address and not the content/domain?
Changing the Sending IP for Outbound Email in Exim

If you try that and get the same results, you may have use something like SendGrid.com to send outgoing email... there are a few tutorials on how to get this running:
