It doesn't specify the restrictions at all, should i have something enabled in WHM exim for my emails to be received from exchange servers, are there any standard requirements?

    Any help is appreciated :)

    Thank you

    Hello :)

You could check to verify that SPF records are created, and RDNS is configured for the IP address used to send out email. However, ideally, you should contact the administrator of the remote mail server you are unable to send email to and have them check their email logs to determine the specific reason your message was blocked.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have the same problem. Every exchnge server reject our mail from all cpanel server. Reason: content restriction
We already contacted with one exchange administrator, who said it rejected because of a spam header what is generated by the spamassassin. (has identified this incoming email as possible spam)

I checked the outgoing mail headers and didn't find that possible spam record.
    In the WHM:
Scan outgoing messages for spam and reject based on SpamAssassin® internal spam_score setting - Off
Scan outgoing messages for malware - Off

Please help the resolv this problem.

Ui: dkim, spf created, rdns fine.

    Hello,

You're going to need to ask them specifically what restrictions they have in place that is blocking messages (or spam headers if that is indeed the problem). If you have Outgoing Spam Scanning turned off, then there should be no Spam Headers sent. So that admin is going to need to provide you with more details as to what exactly triggered the message.
