cPanel uses http(s)//username @ domain.tld for getting users around quite alot and Microsoft is patching IE TODAY and removing this ability. http://news.com.com/2100-1002_3-5151957.html?tag=nefd_top Granted the http url rfc states that username and password is not allowed but for ftp. So they are just bringing their browser into line with the rfc to stop phishing. Now I run stable on my servers. I don't think I can wait for fixes to cPanel to go from edge to stable for this as it's going to leave alot of my users out in the cold. My question is, cPanel, are you going to fix this quickly or do we users of your product need to write some hacks?
