Migrate Email Accounts between servers

I have a customer with a reseller cPanel account on a shared server with one webhost. They have already setup a new cPanel account on a dedicated server (they have root level WHM access) and have used DNS to direct web traffic to the new dedicated server, while keeping email on the old server.

Now they want to migrate mail to the new server as well. I know that WHM has a feature for migrating an entire cPanel account, but what I really want is to just migrate the email accounts. Is there a simple way to do this from WHM, or from the command line?

do you have root access to both the servers ?

There are no tools available in cPanel/WHM that will migrate over email accounts only, however we do have a guide available at:

Manual Migrations

This guide is intended for migrations from other control panels, but the section on email applies to cPanel servers as well.
