Migrate email from cPanel to cPanel

Hello,
I found many information in regards of how to migrate emails from cPanel to cPanel on different servers, but I'm wondering what is the best way to accomplish this.

I have SSH access on both servers.

Hello

The supported method of migrating email data is to transfer the full account utilizing the transfer tools in Web Host Manager. There are currently no existing transfer tools that will migrate email data only. You will need to manually migrate this data. The following guide is intended for migrations from unsupported control panels, however it details where email data is stored in the event you want to manually copy the data:

You could also try using an unsupported utility such as imapsync:
