Migrated multiple accounts from one server to new, now only get default webpage for every account

I got a new server 2 days ago, and my existing server had 45 accounts on. I used the WHM trasnfer tool and transferred all the accounts to new servers. Then i logged into cloudflare and other domain registrars and changed the IP addresses to my new server and updated all the DNS records.

For some reason, when ever i go to any of the websites being hosted on my new server, it takes me to the defaultwebpage.cgi file,

i've cleared cache, tried on a VPN and online proxies, and all doing the same thing.

Any ideas how i can fix this as I have a few clients complaining!

Is the A record for the domains listed on the server the same IP as the new server's main shared IP when looking at the DNS zone files on the server?
